Clinton Radovich

CO-FOUNDER | CEO

Born and raised in the Puget Sound, Clinton began his career developing residential plats with his father in the late 90’s and later moved into urban infill development of townhomes and apartments in Seattle. With 100’s of units already in his portfolio, Clinton happened across the ADU revolution in Seattle in 2022 and after managing the permitting, entitlement and construction of more than 50 DADU’s in King County, the idea of developing for the people came to him, and a new passion was born. A long time friend and real estate colleague of David Palmer, Clinton proposed a partnership in Common Ground to leverage mutual experience to the benefit of our community.

In his spare time, Clinton enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and their 4 beautiful children. A long time martial artist with a black belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he teaches children’s and adult’s classes and coaches his son’s little league baseball teams, as well. Passionate about the well being of our communities, Clinton also trains police officers in defensive tactics.

David Palmer

CO-FOUNDER | CRO | HEAD OF SALES

A Seattle area native and lifelong resident, David has an extensive track record of helping people reach their goals in real estate. As a real estate broker since 2006, selling over 450 homes, he is deeply in tune with the Greater Seattle market. Inspired by the opportunity to provide a more comprehensive suite of value-add solutions to clients, David co-founded Common Ground with Clinton Radovich. David’s passion for expanding his own horizons and for helping people realize their vision is what drives him. A keen integrator, David is a man of his community, with a track record of elevating and mentoring some of the top agents in the Northwest. With a personal passion for generating value with real estate, developing for the people is a perfect alignment.

Follow through and consistency ring true in David’s private life, as well. A black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he is up before dawn daily to teach is morning classes. When he has additional time David is an active uncle to his three nephews and niece and an avid traveler, too.
